The service
Proppass Ltd provides software for creating and managing operation & maintenance manuals for properties, via the Proppass/AFRA web app and the Builder Pal mobile app (together, "the service"). The service is currently offered as an invitation-only trial; features, limits and pricing may change as it develops.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts belong to an organisation workspace; the data in your workspace is visible only to members of your organisation.
Your data
You own the content you add — properties, appliances, documents, photos and generated manuals. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you add.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to access other organisations' data, no probing, scraping or disrupting the service, and no use of the shared appliance library to distribute harmful or infringing material. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Generated manuals
Manuals are compiled from the information you provide, with some content produced by automated extraction (OCR/AI). Check generated output before relying on it — responsibility for the accuracy and regulatory adequacy of a manual you issue remains with you.
Availability and liability
During the trial the service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed service level. We take backups and reasonable care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Ending the trial or your account
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. If a trial expires, your data becomes read-only but is retained so you can export it or upgrade; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; significant changes will be notified to account holders by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions and support: support@proppass.net.
